1. "Zero-tolerance" speeding policy for G1, G2, and G license holders.
2. "Zero-tolerance" alcohol policy.
3. "Zero-tolerance" on any demeritable offence for drivers 21 and younger.
4. Increased time to get full license.
5. A one passenger under the age of 19 limit for the first year for G2 license holders.
